Sumer is the Founder of Noble House Consulting, a tech platform bridging the gap between corporates and freelancers. He was the Country Manager for Hewitt India and also part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team. He has served on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce, India Chapter and has chaired the HR sectoral committee for several years.
Priyanka is a Literature Graduate from Delhi University and an MBA from IMI, Delhi. She has worked with Indian companies and MNCs in various functions – Product Management, Marketing, MarCom to Corporate Communications.
Amit is the Director of Marketing in an engineering company based in Kolkata. Previously, he ran a manufacturing unit in Delhi.
Parul Datta is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and holds a MMS degree from NMIMS, Bombay University. She has worked in a consulting role in HR at Noble & Hewitt (Hewitt Associates and now Aon) and has been a middle school teacher in The Sri Ram School, Gurgaon. She is a founding member of BG Foundation and has been actively volunteering to lead the BGF Team since 2008
Sangita is the owner of a boutique, she designs and manufactures contemporary Indian garments. She has been in the business since 1991. Before that, she worked in hospitality.
Rema Harish holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and has worked in advertising and media for over two decades across India and APAC.She has also headed a mid sized NGO focusing on girl child education for two years.
Neena Dhinda has over 20 years of experience and was a former General Manager HR at Alcatel Lucent, a top French-American MNC. She has been actively involved in helping corporates with the execution of CSR initiatives. Neena is passionate about working with youth from disadvantaged sections of society and helping them build skills to improve their employability and growth.
